This role is part of our Personalised Content team. We create emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products, and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is hyper-personalised digital communications that change perceptions, shape new behaviors, and shift market share for our clients including eBay, Walmart, and more!

Job Purpose

As a Copywriter, you’ll be joining a nimble team that jumps in wherever the action is. Instead of being tied to one client, you’ll work across various accounts—ideal for someone who thrives on variety, thinks quickly, and enjoys solving problems on the fly. If you're adaptable, self-sufficient, and great at collaborating with different personalities, you'll feel right at home.

You will work across different digital channels, developing concepts and providing creative and innovative copy that drives clicks and engagement. Working closely with the wider copy and creative teams, you’ll be challenged to go beyond your comfort zone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create clear, effective, and original copy and content for clients’ onsite marketing
  • Develop creative ideas and concepts across various channels where applicable
  • Adhere to clients' tone of voice and brand guidelines
  • Research competitors and trends for creative inspiration
  • Collaborate with design and account management teams
  • Contribute to team creative brainstorms
What We Are Looking For
  • Experience as a copywriter is essential; agency or brand background is preferred
  • Experience in e-commerce/retail is a plus
  • Deep knowledge of multi-channel digital copy and brand development, especially social media content and copywriting
  • Ability to craft compelling marketing and content copy that sells
  • Confidence working with designers, developers, and clients
  • Ability to work efficiently on large campaigns with many assets
  • Understanding of maintaining consistency across user touchpoints
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Collaborative approach to teamwork
