A leading provider of care to children and young people is looking for a Young People Outreach Support Worker in Leeds. The role involves supporting vulnerable young individuals in developing independence and working closely with their social workers to provide essential services. Ideal candidates should have experience in a similar setting and be qualified, preferably with an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
Young People Leaving Care Outreach Support Worker position available.
Outreach hours are between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday.
This is a long-term temporary position with no fixed end date. If you subscribe to the update service and have a short notice period, a quick start through a temp-to-permanent placement is possible.
Positions cover Sheffield, Leeds, and Hull.
