A leading organization based in Leeds is seeking enthusiastic individuals for permanent and fixed-term roles within its Engage Leeds Team. The position focuses on providing housing-related support to adults, aiming to prevent homelessness and facilitate community integration. Successful applicants will work closely with clients, promoting empowerment and fostering independence through tailored support plans.
x1 permanent role and x2 fixed-term roles (until 31st March 2026)
We are looking for people who are enthusiastic, resilient, and passionate to join our Engage Leeds Team. Engage Leeds is a city-wide housing-related support service working with adults (18+) to prevent homelessness, sustain accommodation, and help people integrate into communities.
The individual is required to carry a caseload and work one-to-one with people in their own homes, promoting empowerment and independence, as part of the wider Engage Leeds team and service.
We work in a person-centred way to build relationships with the people we support. We are looking for driven and energetic individuals to deliver positive, solution-focused plans tailored to the housing needs of those we support, primarily within the West wedge of the city.
