Greene King’s Blue Posts in St James's is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a flagship Central London pub, delivering high-volume hospitality and leading a skilled team during busy shifts. You’ll drive service quality, customer experience and commercial performance in a fast-paced, wet-led environment.
This role offers progression toward General Manager with strong leadership, coaching, and engagement during major sporting events and live entertainment.
As Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in helping to run one of our biggest and busiest sites in the area.
Working closely with the General Manager, you'll be a visible leader on the floor - driving standards, developing the team and making sure our customers get an experience worth coming back for.

With Sky Sports and TNT Sports, we're a benchmark venue for sporting trade, attracting customers who want to watch the big games in a lively Central London setting.
From major football fixtures to other sporting events, you'll need to understand what makes a great sports pub - and know how to lead your team when the volume and atmosphere step up.
We're also home to live music and regular events, making this one of the area's biggest and most exciting venues.
