You will coach operators in copper busbar fabrication, instruct on CNC punching, bending, chamfering, tooling, and build digital training matrices.

The role requires mentoring, strict safety practice, SOP creation, and ongoing quality assurance to support global switchgear and power solutions.

Qualifications

• CNC punching: programming, setting, and running heavy-gauge copper processes.
• Flat-axis bending with control of spring-back and tolerances.
• Edgewise bending of copper bars without deformation or buckling.
• Chamfering and edge-beveling to prepare components for fit.
• Brick tooling selection and operation for heavy-duty fabrication.
• Use of Word for SOPs and Excel to manage competency matrices.

Responsibilities

• Shop-Floor Training: deliver practical, structured training on copper-processing machinery.
• Technical Blueprint Translation: teach interpretation of schematics and production sheets.
• Safety & Compliance: enforce PPE and machine guarding across the floor.
• Quality Assurance: teach testing to ensure parts meet engineering tolerances.
• Documentation & Administration: maintain digital training logs and track progress.
