Job summary

Vertiv Group Corporation at Campsie is seeking confident and driven Team Leaders to guide production teams, manage daily operations, and ensure timely, high-quality output in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will lead by example, coach staff, manage resources and schedules, and uphold Health & Safety standards while driving continuous improvement and delivering against customer deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve production goals and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Experience in people management, including training, performance assessment, and maximising output.
• Strong awareness of Health & Safety in a factory environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and direction to production teams, ensuring alignment with site and company objectives.
• Drive performance and maintain standards consistent with company expectations for all employees and contractors.
• Manage resources, schedules, and manpower to achieve production targets and meet customer deadlines.
• Support first-line management duties, including coaching, training, and performance assessments.
• Foster a positive, motivated team culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Uphold high standards of Health & Safety and promote best practice across the site.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within production.
