Job summary

Capgemini Invent in London is seeking an AI & Digital Workplace Director to lead client engagements at the executive level, shaping Workplace AI strategy and enterprise adoption. You will own large-scale programmes, define value cases and governance, and grow the practice through partnerships and assets.

The role combines high-level client leadership, business development and realising measurable value across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Anthropic Claude and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading strategy and deployment of workplace AI platforms.
• Proven delivery of end-to-end AI enablement including governance and operating models.
• Strong relationships with senior stakeholders across technology, HR and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Advise C-suite on workplace AI strategy, value cases and roadmaps across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT Enterprise and related technologies.
• Lead end-to-end AI adoption programmes including communications, learning, leadership engagement, champion networks and value measurement.
• Oversee enterprise AI deployments, covering licensing, security, identity, data readiness, integrations and the evolution from assistants to agents.
• Establish responsible AI governance frameworks, including policies, controls, risk management and value tracking.
