Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Manager in the Workplace AI offer team to shape and take Microsoft Copilot and workplace AI to market, primarily for UK central government. You will deputy to the offer lead, own go-to-market elements, and lead engagements that combine AI strategy, governance, change and measurable benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience shaping consulting propositions and taking them to market.
• Experience delivering workplace or AI-enabled transformation that brings together strategy, governance, change and adoption, and benefits realisation.
• UK government/public sector experience desirable.
• UK Security Check (SC) clearance or eligibility and willingness to obtain it is essential due to the nature of our client work.

Responsibilities

• Shape Copilot and workplace AI propositions and go-to-market strategies.
• Lead engagements that connect AI strategy, governance, adoption and benefits to business impact.
• Act as trusted partner to client directors and senior management.
• Line-manage consultants, provide feedback and support recruitment and growth.
• Represent Capgemini Invent externally through thought leadership and client stories.
