Job summary

Forsters LLP is seeking an AI Engineer to design, build and support Copilot agents using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and related tools. The role focuses on day-to-day productivity aids and complex enterprise agents integrated with firm systems while upholding privacy, security and governance.

You will collaborate with IT, Risk, Knowledge and business teams to identify high-value automation opportunities and establish guardrails, testing, and lifecycle management for scalable agent

Qualifications

• Design, build and maintain Copilot agents for day-to-day productivity across M365 apps.
• Develop enterprise agents connecting to approved systems and data sources.
• Translate business requirements into agent design, workflows and escalation paths.
• Collaborate with legal, risk, information security and knowledge teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Create patterns, guardrails, testing and lifecycle management for agent development.
• Configure integrations using Power Platform, connectors, REST APIs and Azure services.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and test Copilot agents for daily productivity across M365, Teams, SharePoint and firm knowledge sources.
• Develop complex enterprise agents integrating with approved systems and data sources, ensuring reliability and security.
• Translate business requirements into agent designs, user journeys and escalation paths.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across legal, risk, information security and knowledge teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Create reusable patterns, standards and guardrails for agent development, including testing and version control.
• Configure integrations using Power Platform, connectors and enterprise services where appropriate.
• Support responsible AI adoption by embedding governance and data privacy requirements into agent design.
