Job summary

Forsters LLP is seeking an AI Engineer to design, build and support Copilot agents within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The role covers day-to-day productivity agents and complex enterprise agents integrated with approved systems, ensuring reliability, security and governance.

The engineer will translate business requirements into agent designs, work with multiple stakeholders across the firm, and create reusable patterns, guardrails and lifecycle management for agent development.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, building and supporting Microsoft Copilot or Copilot Studio agents in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID and Microsoft 365 security/compliance concepts.
• Ability to translate business requirements into agent designs, including prompts, grounding, and escalation mechanics.
• Familiarity with governance, privacy, risk, audit and data governance in AI deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and maintain Copilot agents across Microsoft 365 apps.
• Develop enterprise agents connected to systems, data sources and APIs.
• Create agent designs with user journeys, instructions and escalation paths.
