DWP Digital, part of the UK government, is recruiting a Copilot & AI Agent Engineer in a hybrid role with Manchester as a hub option. You will design, build and deploy intelligent solutions integrating with Microsoft 365, Power Platform and enterprise systems for large-scale use.

You’ll work with AI agents, ensuring secure, reliable operations across thousands of users, with coaching and development opportunities and flexible hours. Location options include Manchester hub.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to integrate with Microsoft 365 workloads using workflow tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph, JSON and REST APIs.
• Experience designing AI-powered solutions with Copilot technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy intelligent AI solutions that integrate with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
• Ensure AI agents operate securely and reliably at scale for large user bases.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and contribute to enterprise systems integration.
