Job summary

DWP Digital is seeking a Copilot & AI Agent Engineer to design, build and deploy AI-powered solutions that integrate with Microsoft 365, Power Platform and enterprise systems. You will work with cross-functional teams to enable scalable, secure AI agents across services used by the public sector.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating with Microsoft 365 workloads via Power Automate/Logic Apps.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph, JSON, REST APIs and connectors.
• Experience with data security and permissions in Microsoft 365.
• Understanding AI-driven copilots, prompts and grounding in organizational data.
• Experience delivering AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy intelligent solutions that integrate with Microsoft 365, Power Platform and enterprise systems.
• Ensure AI agents operate securely and reliably at scale for 100,000+ users.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to apply AI agents to business needs.
