Groupe GISMIC is seeking Coordination Team Floor Supervisors for a long-term project at Hinkley Point C (HPC). Start ASAP. 50 hours per week, rotation 10 days on / 4 days off. You will coordinate works and space across floors, including laydown areas, walkways and MEWPs.

The role involves working with EHS, Permits, Temporary Works, Lifting Teams and General Operations to keep works safe and efficient across a busy construction environment.

Competenze

• SSSTS qualification required.
• Previous coordination experience is essential.
• Good English and IT skills; strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Mansioni

Coordination Team Floor Supervisor - HPC

We're currently looking for Coordination Team Floor Supervisors for a long-term project at Hinkley Point C (HPC).

Start: ASAP

Hours: 50 hours per week

Rotation: 10 days on / 4 days off

We're looking for people with solid site coordination or supervision experience who are comfortable working with different teams across a busy construction environment.

The role will involve coordinating works and space across designated floors, including laydown areas, walkways and MEWPs. You'll work closely with EHS, Permits, Temporary Works, Lifting Teams and General Operations to make sure works can continue safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

• SSSTS
• Previous coordination experience is essential
• Good English and IT skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Confident but diplomatic when challenging senior site personnel
