We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to lead, inspire, and motivate our welcoming Cooplands bakery! As a Retail Team Leader, you will manage the bakery in the absence of the Manager, acting as the right-hand person to our Store Managers.

Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth store operations, promoting sales, increasing profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will focus on leading and engaging the team, as well as participating in food preparation, maintaining store cleanliness, and serving our loyal customers.
