Join Our Team as a Retail Team Leader at Cooplands Bakery!

We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader who can lead, inspire, and motivate a team to join our welcoming Cooplands bakery! Our Retail Team Leaders are responsible for managing the bakery when the Manager is not present; they are essentially our Store Managers’ right-hand person.

You will be second in command, playing a key role in ensuring smooth operations, promoting sales, increasing profitability, and making sure our customers leave satisfied. Your focus will be on leading and engaging the team, as well as getting involved with food preparation, store cleanliness, and serving our loyal customers.
