Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef with planning, organising, preparing, presenting, and serving high-quality meals for residents and visitors.
• Ensure all food is produced to high standards and quantities are delivered to service points on time.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure Health and Safety procedures are followed.
• Occasionally cover Head Chef duties if they are absent.
