Job summary

Wet Willie's in Swansea is seeking a diligent Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare dishes, follow established menus and recipes, and maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout all prep areas.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of food preparation experience, training from a culinary program, and a solid understanding of food safety procedures. A high school diploma is required, with additional culinary training preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of culinary institute, military school or formal on-the-job training preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience preferred.
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred.
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes.

Responsibilities

• Clean all equipment used in the food preparation
• Assure that all food safety procedures are followed
• Coordinate food prep with other departments as necessary
• Follow all sanitation guidelines
• Become familiar with new menu items/dishes
