Job summary

Wet Willie's in Swansea is seeking a friendly server to deliver high-quality guest service. You will take and input orders at the POS, deliver meals and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

Applicants should be at least 18, have a High School diploma or equivalent, and ideally possess 1 year of serving experience. A courteous, professional demeanor and ability to stand for extended periods are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve food and/or beverage, including taking and delivering orders, and clearing items.
• Check station for setup and cleanliness before, during, and after shift.
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain specials/promotions.
• Take orders and input into POS to inform kitchen of order details.
• Retrieve orders from kitchen, verify accuracy, and deliver to guests.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Comply with all laws and liquor policies regarding alcohol service to minors and intoxicated guests.

• Service of food and/or beverage to include the order-taking, delivery and clearing of any food and/or beverage items
• Checks station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
• Greets the guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain any specials and/or restaurant promotions for guest awareness
• Takes the order and inputs the order into the Point of Sale computer to inform the kitchen of the particulars of the order
• Retrieves order from kitchen, confirms its accuracy and delivers it to guests
• Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Abide by all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests

Requirements
