About the role

As a Cook with Brunelcare, you will lead the team in the kitchen to ensure that high-quality meals are served. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Planning, preparing, and presenting high-quality, nutritious meals for residents and visitors.
2. Ensuring all food is produced to our high standards, making sure the correct quantities are ordered to minimize wastage.
3. Maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout the kitchen and ensuring all of Brunelcare’s Health and Safety procedures are implemented.

About you

You'll be leading the team, so a background in catering is essential. Ideally, you will have a qualification in food hygiene or a similar area. Additionally, you should:

• Have a passion for creating high-quality, nutritious meals.
• Enjoy working as part of a team.
