Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Cook for Hylton Grange care home in Sunderland. You will prepare delicious, nutritious meals for residents, accommodate dietary needs and help create engaging dining experiences, contributing to their health and happiness.

You will join a caring team, follow hygiene standards, develop menus with feedback, and play a key role in delivering high-quality catering in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• A cook with a flair for creating delicious and nutritious meals for varied dietary requirements.
• Creative in menu development and food preparation.
• An excellent team player.
• Adaptable and flexible.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Food hygiene certificate and catering qualification are preferred but not mandatory.

Are you an experienced Cook looking for a new challenge? Join us as our new Cook at Hylton Grange care home in Sunderland.

In this role, youll cook delicious, healthy and nutritious meals for the people we support in our care home.

Meal times are an important part of our daily routine, even moreseo for those living in care homes.

In this role, youll ensure that everyone has a positive dining experience, to increase nutritional intake, promote social interaction and build a sense of community.
