• Supervise the kitchen team, manage food orders, stock levels, and equipment maintenance.
• Follow food safety guidelines, ensuring the kitchen remains safe and compliant.

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of texture-modified diets and food allergies.
• Experience creating meal plans for specific dietary requirements.
