About the Organisation

The Salesians of Don Bosco have been resident at Thornleigh House for over a hundred years. Some of our priests and brothers work in Thornleigh Salesian College and Holy Infants' parish. Elderly priests reside at St Joseph's, located nearby on Oldhams Lane. Thornleigh House serves as the head office for our charity, housing Don Bosco Publications and the UK Social Communications Office. Both locations are welcoming spaces for Salesians from around the world.

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Cooks to join our small team, providing catering services across both houses, usually for up to 20 people. Responsibilities include menu planning, purchasing, stock rotation, cleaning, and catering for residents in consultation with the Manager. Applicants must hold a valid CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety.
