What you'll do
  • Prepare and cook meals following provided recipes
  • Deliver excellent customer service in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
  • Support with packed lunch preparation and dinner service
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant and kitchen areas
  • Complete due diligence paperwork using the Kelsius system
  • Participate in performance reviews and training as required
  • Work collaboratively with the team and independently when needed
  • Adhere to all company and client policies, including health and safety and COSHH regulations
What you'll bring
  • Previous experience in a catering or cooking role
  • Knowledge of food safety, allergens, and COSHH regulations
  • Strong team player with good communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
