Job summary

Hartford Care Ltd. is seeking a friendly Cook to join Victoria Lodge Care Home in Dudley. You will prepare fresh, nutritious meals for residents, maintain kitchen hygiene, manage stock and reduce waste, and engage with residents to enhance their dining experience.

This part-time role offers daytime shifts (28 hours per week) with no late nights, free meals on shift, on-site parking, ongoing training, and a supportive team environment that values creativity and care.

Qualifications

• Previous Chef experience.
• Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or above).
• Understanding of dietary needs (care setting experience is a plus).
• Reliable, caring, and team-focused attitude.
