As a Cookat Sodexo in Ferryfield House in Edinburgh, you’ll play an important role in preparing fresh, nutritious meals that support patient wellbeing and enhance the overall dining experience. This is a hands‑on cooking role, preparing mainly basic meals from fresh ingredients while following standardised recipes to ensure consistency and quality. You’ll also help manage the day-to-day running of the kitchen and supervise Sodexo staff when management is unavailable, particularly at weekend shift.
