BNY invites high-potential undergraduates to join the 7 BNY Summer Internship Program – Office of the COO in Manchester. You will gain exposure to how a global financial services firm operates at scale and contribute to operational excellence, governance, and AI initiatives.

You will work on day-to-day COO activities, research operational processes, track milestones, and help turn data into clear insights while learning from senior leaders across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 3 or 4-year undergraduate degree program.
• Graduating in Dec 2027 or Summer 2028.
• On track to achieve a 2:1 or higher.
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day COO activities and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct research and analysis on operational processes, performance metrics, and business priorities.
• Help track action items, risks, milestones, and deliverables across ongoing projects.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Assist with documentation of business procedures, workflows, and governance materials.
• Support AI initiatives by researching use cases, documenting opportunities, and helping teams understand where adoption could improve processes or decision-making.
