Job Description:

A Conveyancing Solicitorwith at least three years of post-qualification experience (PQE) willbe responsible for managing and completing a full range of residentialand commercial property transactions from instruction topost-completion. This role requires strong attention to detail,organisational skills, and the ability to work independently as well aspart of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee residential and commercial conveyancing files from initial instruction to completion and registration.
• Maintain regular communication withclients, keeping them informed and updated throughout the transactionprocess. Respond promptly to client queries.
• Review title documents and draft or review legal documents, including sale contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage deeds.
• Conduct thorough due diligence, including searches, investigations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Liaise with estate agents, lenders, surveyors, and other solicitors to facilitate smooth transactions.
