Conveyancing Fee Earner Opportunity

We are offering a new opportunity for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a large regional law firm. This is a busy office with a large team within a well-established practice. The firm seeks a fee earner to help strengthen their offering and contribute to continued success and growth. The firm primarily receives work from local referrals, which is high quality and often complex. Flexible working arrangements are considered by this firm.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, and leasehold matters from instruction to completion.
2. Handle a full caseload of conveyancing matters efficiently and independently, taking all cases from instruction through to completion.
3. Must be an experienced conveyancer. Qualification as a Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive is preferred but not essential.
