QED Legal Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to manage a busy caseload of sales, purchases and remortgages. The firm, steeped in history and trusted locally, prides itself on client care and a healthy work-life balance.

You'll work in a relaxed, supportive team, handling private client and optional cross-areas like Commercial Property, leasing, and Private Client as desired.

Qualifications

• Experienced in residential conveyancing with own caseload.
• Able to manage clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
• Open to expanding into Commercial Property, Leasing or Private Client.

You'll be the calm, reassuring voice when things become stressful, keeping your clients informed, managing their expectations and making what can sometimes be a complicated process feel as straightforward as possible.

You'll be confident managing your own workload, highly organised and comfortable dealing with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.

And there's more to this opportunity than residential conveyancing.

If you're keen to broaden your skills and experience, you'll have the opportunity to become involved in Commercial Property matters, including leasing. Equally, if Private Client work is an area you'd like to explore, there is scope to develop your knowledge and experience there too.

There's no expectation that you have to branch out into other areas, but I think it's a real attraction for someone who enjoys conveyancing and would also welcome the chance to learn something new.
