Job summary

G2 Legal Limited in Plymouth, Devon, seeks an experienced Senior Residential Conveyancer to manage a diverse caseload and support the Head of Department with supervising and developing other team members.

You will handle freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages and transfers of equity, and work within a hybrid model with two days in the office. A competitive package with bonuses and career progression is offered.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer required.
• At least 4 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
• Strong knowledge of property transactions, title reviews, and leasehold matters.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of property transactions including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases.
• Assist Head of Department with supervising and mentoring.
• Collaborate with in-house support for onboarding, post-completion, and business support.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, estate agents and other professionals.

Your Role

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will:

• Handle a broad range of property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity


• Assist the Head of Department with supervising & mentoring


• Work closely with thein-house support team -for onboarding, post-completion and business support


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents and other property professionals

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer


• At least 4years’ experience in residential conveyancing


• Strong knowledge of property transactions, title reviews and leasehold matters.
