Regional Recruitment is seeking an experienced Licensed Conveyancer to join our established legal team in Plymouth. You will manage your own residential caseload from instruction to completion, delivering clear advice and a high standard of client service.

The ideal candidate will hold a Licensed Conveyancer qualification, have strong drafting and negotiation skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while contributing to the team.

Qualifications

• Licensed Conveyancer qualification or equivalent relevant conveyancing qualification.
• Strong experience in residential conveyancing.
• Ability to manage a caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Good technical knowledge of residential property law and procedure.

Responsibilities

• Managing residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
• Acting for clients on sales, purchases and other property transactions.
• Reviewing contracts, title documents and property information.
• Raising and responding to enquiries.
• Reviewing searches and identifying potential issues.
• Advising clients on the legal aspects of their transactions.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
• Preparing and reviewing relevant legal documentation.
• Managing exchange and completion processes.
• Dealing with post-completion requirements.
• Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and within agreed timescales.
• Maintaining accurate and compliant client files.
• Providing regular updates and maintaining strong client relationships.

We are looking for an experienced Licensed Conveyancer to join an established legal team based in Plymouth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified conveyancer looking to take responsibility for their own caseload within a supportive and professional environment.

The role would suit someone with strong residential conveyancing experience who is confident managing matters from initial instruction through to completion while delivering a high standard of client service.

The Role

You should have:

• Good technical knowledge of residential property law and procedure
• Strong drafting, communication and negotiation skills
