Key Responsibilities:

• Transaction Handling: Manage residential property cases (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers) ensuring timely progression
• Client Engagement: Maintain clear communication with clients and third parties to ensure smooth completions
• Compliance & Risk: Ensure all work is compliant with regulatory standards, AML checks, and firm policies
• Operational Excellence: Contribute to process review and refine workflows for better efficiency
• Collaboration: Liaise with colleagues to raise standards and deliver consistent service

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing
• Proven track record of managing your own caseload independently
• Strong attention to detail and risk-based approach
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Comfortable working remotely with digital case management systems
• Bonus scheme - up to £12,000 per annum (Paid monthly)
