G2 Legal Limited seeks an experienced residential property fee earner to join their Reading team, operating in a Hybrid working environment.

You will handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity with strong support and modern case management systems, all within a collaborative team.

Formación

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX/FILEX or experienced conveyancing fee earner
• Confident managing your own residential property caseload
• Strong technical knowledge and client care skills
• Organised, commercially aware and comfortable working independently

Responsabilidades

• Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
• Cover freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Benefit from experienced administrative and post-completion support, modern case management systems and a collaborative team environment

Our client is a highly regarded Thames Valley law firm seeking an experienced residential property fee earner to join its friendly, close-knit team of three.

The Role

You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, covering freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, remortgages and transfers of equity.
