About the Role
We are working with a highly regarded, full-service law firm in Northern Ireland that has built an outstanding reputation in residential property law and conveyancing. Their specialist conveyancing team is dedicated to providing expert, clear and client-focused legal advice.

As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will play a key role in a modern, efficient practice that makes strong use of digital systems and case management software to progress matters swiftly. You will guide clients through the full residential conveyancing process, ensuring smooth, reliable service and maintaining the firm's high standards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing a busy and varied residential conveyancing caseload
• Acting on sales, purchases and transfers of freehold and leasehold property
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and associated documentation
• Handling enquiries, searches and due diligence, providing clear and practical guidance to clients
• Liaising with lenders, estate agents, clients and other stakeholders to progress matters efficiently
• Delivering friendly, jargon-free advice and maintaining strong client relationships
• Using modern case-management systems to streamline workflow and reduce delays

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) in Northern Ireland, or approaching qualification
• Exposure to commercial property work is also welcomed
• Excellent drafting skills and strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator with strong client-care abilities
• Able to manage a busy caseload while working collaboratively as part of a supportive team
• Organised, professional and client-focused
