Job summary

An established law firm in Doncaster is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join its residential property team. The role is full time and permanent, with a varied caseload and a client-focused culture.

You will manage residential property transactions from instruction to post-completion, working closely with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progress and timely communication throughout the process.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload.
• Strong experience across freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Experience handling new build property matters.
• Ability to manage files independently from instruction through to post completion.
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
• Proactive and organised approach.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Handle sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties.
• Deal with new build transactions.
• Progress files from initial instruction through to completion and post completion.
• Provide clear and regular communication to clients throughout each transaction.
