Job summary

Clear Legal & Financial Recruitment is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join the property department on the outskirts of Cambridge, Cambridgeshire. You will assist Fee Earners in the performance of their role in the Property Department.

Responsibilities include typing, managing own casework, preparing papers for meetings, liaising with courts and professionals, and drafting letters. You will also handle additional duties to support the department and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal.
• Experience in Property Law is essential.
• Discretion with confidential information.
• Excellent spelling and grammar.
• Ability to meet deadlines and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Typing correspondence and documents, including faxes and emails.
• Managing own casework.
• Preparing and distributing papers for meetings.
• Liaise with courts and legal professionals.
• Drafting letters and other documents.
• Carrying out additional duties to support the department.
