Job summary

GWR Legal Recruitment Ltd in Cambridge is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join a highly regarded residential conveyancing team. The firm has a long, well-established reputation for delivering high quality, professional service.

You will support a varied caseload from instruction through to completion, assisting with day-to-day management, drafting documents, liaising with clients and solicitors, and keeping meticulous case records while progressing towards greater responsibility.

Qualifications

• Experience within residential conveyancing as a paralegal, conveyancing assistant or legal secretary.
• Ability to support a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Strong organisational and client care skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day to day management of residential property transactions.
• Prepare and review conveyancing documentation.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
• Undertake property and title related searches and enquiries.
• Assist with exchange and completion processes.
• Maintain accurate and up to date case records.
• Provide a high standard of client care throughout the conveyancing process.
• Support fee earners with their caseloads and take on increasing responsibility as your experience develops.

Working alongside experienced residential conveyancing lawyers, you will play an important role in supporting a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.

Duties in this role may include things such as:-
