Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Paralegal with at least 6 months' conveyancing experience to join its busy Securitisation team in Leeds. You will support solicitors and partners through a varied caseload, handling tasks from instruction to completion and ensuring deadlines are met.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, well organised and able to communicate clearly with clients and third parties. A Law degree or equivalent is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' conveyancing experience required.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support Solicitors and Partners with a varied portfolio of property transactions.
• Progress files to deadlines and manage allocated tasks.
• Review property titles and obtain Land Registry documentation.
• Carry out property due diligence, searches and title checks.
• Liaise with Land Registry, Local Authorities, clients and third parties.
• Provide regular updates on progress and monitor deadlines.
