Job summary

JS Legal Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join a leading multi-office practice in Woodbridge. The firm specializes in property work and is known for a friendly, supportive culture and delivering high-quality service.

You will support fee earners, take client instructions, and assist with sales, contracts, and enquiries. The role offers a Monday–Friday 9am–5pm schedule, with pension, parking, and discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of residential property experience in a reputable law firm.
• Knowledge of conveyancing from start to finish; new-build experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take instructions from clients.
• Dealing mainly with the sale of properties that are under order to be sold.
• Preparing contract pack.
• Chasing enquiries and progress to ensure a speedy exchange.
• Raising client enquiries with solicitors.
• Carry out electronic ID checks, OS2 and Bankruptcy searches.
• Issuing contracts and dealing with sale enquiries.
• Support in exchanging contracts and completion transactions.

Conveyancing Paralegal

Our client a leading multi office practice specialising in property, due to continued growth are now recruiting for experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their property department in Woodbridge . As a Conveyancing Paralegal you will provide support to one or more fee earners.

The Role

• Take instructions from clients
• Dealing mainly with the sale of properties that are under order to be sold
• Preparing contract pack
• Chasing enquiries and progress on the matter to ensure a speedy exchange
• Raising client enquiries with solicitors
• Carry out all electronic ID checks, OS2 and Bankruptcy searches
• Issuing contracts and dealing with any sale enquiries
• Support in exchanging contracts and completion transactions

The Candidate

• You will have at least 2 year’s residential property experience gained within a reputable law firm, Knowledge of conveyancing from start to finish along with new build experience would be preferred
• Strong IT skills, experience with case management systems
• Able to work to deadlines
• Strong communication skills across all channels with developers, solicitors, lenders and clients
