Job summary

CLARC Recruitment Limited’s client, a family-run solicitors firm, seeks an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join its busy residential property team in Hertfordshire. You will support fee earners from instruction through to completion, and manage a high-volume caseload with accuracy.

You will liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other parties, prepare documentation, and contribute to occasional commercial conveyancing work.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal in a residential property team.

Responsibilities

Job description

Our client, a family run firm of solicitors are looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy residential property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a capable individual who can work with minimal supervision, manage a high-volume caseload, and provide efficient support throughout the conveyancing process.

The role will be based in their Hertfordshire offices 5 days a week.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assisting fee earners with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Managing a high-volume caseload efficiently and accurately.
• Preparing legal documentation and correspondence.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors, and other third parties.
• Able to undertake commercial property work when instructions arise
• Previous experience working as a Conveyancing Paralegal within a residential property department.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong understanding of the conveyancing process
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communicator with a professional approach
