About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Conveyancing Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team, working directly under the supervision of the Head of Conveyancing. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in property law within a supportive and experienced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to post-completion
2. Support the Head of Conveyancing with complex matters involving freehold block sales and purchases, particularly on behalf of corporate landlords
3. Help manage leasehold matters including lease extensions, right to manage claims, and leasehold enfranchisements
4. Prepare legal documents, draft correspondence, and assist with client communications
5. Liaise with solicitors, clients, agents, lenders, and other third parties to progress transactions smoothly
6. Conduct legal research and ensure files are maintained to compliance standards

Requirements:

1. A law degree (LLB or equivalent) is essential
2. A minimum of 6–12 months’ experience in conveyancing (residential or commercial)
3. A keen interest in leasehold law and property transactions
4. Strong organisational and time management skills
5. Excellent written and verbal communication
6. Willingness to learn and develop within a specialised and growing practice

Desirable:

1. Experience working with corporate landlord clients
2. Familiarity with right to manage claims or leasehold enfranchisement procedures
