Job summary

Simply Conveyancing Group is seeking a Legal Manager to lead a team of Property Lawyers and Conveyancing Executives in delivering compliant, efficient conveyancing services. The role focuses on performance management, people development and achieving KPIs.

You will oversee daily workflows, provide technical guidance, and ensure high standards of client care while driving continuous improvement across the team. Hybrid working and a competitive package are offered.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor (SRA) or Licensed Conveyancer (CLC) or nearing qualification.
• Working knowledge of CLC regulatory principles and Code of Conduct.
• Experience handling freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Ability to supervise and support others in conveyancing work.
• Competent user of core systems such as Microsoft Office and Case Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Property Lawyers and Conveyancing Executives.
• Drive daily caseload progression to meet KPIs, SLAs and client expectations.
• Provide technical guidance and act as escalation point for issues.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and high-quality file delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
