Simply Conveyancing Group is seeking skilled conveyancers, legal executives, or solicitors with leasehold experience to join our team of property experts. You will manage a busy caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, drafting and reviewing contracts and deeds, and guiding clients through complex transactions.

The role is hybrid with 2–3 days in the office and onboarding dates in January and February 2027.

Formación

• Qualified solicitor, CILEx, licensed conveyancer, or strong residential conveyancing experience.
• Solid experience in property/conveyancing law.
• Proven experience handling leasehold conveyancing matters.
• Good working knowledge of Land Registry processes and title documentation.
• Strong client care skills; ability to explain complex legal information clearly.
• Ability to manage and prioritise caseload and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and a risk-aware approach.
• Competent user of Microsoft Office and case management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage circa 60-65 varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Draft and review contracts, deeds and other legal documents, providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, local authorities and other stakeholders to ensure matters progress smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and best practice.
• Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients and agents, delivering an exceptional service that inspires trust and repeat business.
