Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Fee Earner or Paralegal to support busy conveyancing teams. The role covers all stages from inception through to post-completion, including registrations, and will involve freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership matters.

Additional duties include handling remortgages, transfers of equity and Help to Buy processes, with emphasis on accurate Land Registry applications. An attractive benefits package accompanies a very competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential conveyancing from inception to post-completion.
• Knowledge of freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership.
• Familiar with Land Registry applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle a range of conveyancing matters from start to finish, including registrations and post-completion matters.
• Assist with remortgages, transfers of equity and Help to Buy schemes.
• Prepare and manage documentation for Land Registry applications and related filings.
