Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner or Paralegal in Essex to manage a range of conveyancing matters from inception to post-completion within an established firm.

You will handle registered and unregistered titles, including freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership, remortgages, transfers of equity and Help to Buy schemes, plus Land Registry applications.

Qualifications

• Experience in conveyancing required.
