Job summary

Confidential in Essex is seeking an experienced Fee Earner or Paralegal to handle a variety of conveyancing matters from inception through to post-completion. The role offers flexibility and a competitive salary with a bonus scheme for fee earners.

You will manage register and unregistered transfers, freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership cases, including remortgages and equity transfers, while delivering high standards of client service.

Qualifications

• Experience handling conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
• Ability to work autonomously with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a range of conveyancing matters from instruction to post-completion.
• Prepare and submit Land Registry applications.
• Coordinate with clients, lenders and third parties to progress files.
• Support fee-earner with case management and file administration.
