Job summary

Your Conveyancer Limited in Stockport is seeking a full-time Conveyancing Fee Earner to manage a residential caseload on a hybrid basis. You will handle freehold and leasehold transactions, opening and progressing files, reviewing documents, drafting and checking contracts, and communicating with clients and lenders to drive matters to completion.

Responsibilities

• Open and progress files from instruction to completion.
• Review title documentation and prepare contracts and reports.

• Maintain organisation and ensure deadlines are met in a high-volume conveyancing practice.

Job description

Role Description This is a full-time Conveyancing Fee Earner role based in Stockport with a hybrid working arrangement, allowing some work from home. The Conveyancing Fee Earner will manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold and leasehold purchases and sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include opening and progressing files, reviewing title documentation, drafting and checking contracts and reports, liaising with clients, brokers, lenders, and other solicitors, and handling enquiries through to completion.
