Morgan Parkes Recruitment Limited is seeking a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a busy Residential Conveyancing team in Coventry. The role requires handling a full caseload from instruction to completion and posting, with a focus on accurate, timely updates to clients.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years' PQE and proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Full-time, permanent position with salary £38,000–£50,000 plus a bonus scheme, based in the Coventry office.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid conveyancing experience who is confident managing their own caseload within a fast paced environment. Ideally, you will have around 2-4 years' PQE or equivalent relevant experience and be able to take ownership of matters with minimal supervision.
Full training will be provided on the firm's internal systems and procedures; however, previous experience working as a Conveyancing Fee Earner is essential.
