Job summary

Aspire Recruitment is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a Wirral-based legal team. You will manage residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, handling sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity while supporting commercial work where appropriate.

The role is on-site in Wirral, with salary £40,000-£60,000 depending on experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of UK property law and a client-focused

Qualifications

• Experience managing residential conveyancing caseloads.
• Knowledge of UK property law and Land Registry procedures.
• Ability to draft and progress contracts and related documents.
• Strong client communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
• Handle sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Manage any commercial conveyancing matters where appropriate.
• Draft, review and progress contracts and related legal documentation.
• Undertake title checks, searches and conveyancing enquiries.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other parties.
• Keep clients informed of progress and explain processes clearly.
