Hatch Brenner Solicitors is seeking a proactive Conveyancing Executive to join our residential conveyancing team in Norwich. You will run and manage sales and purchase files, provide quotations, perform searches, liaise with estate agents, advise clients, and prepare contract documentation, as well as complete enquiries, completion, and post-completion tasks.

You will work with Conveyancing Assistants for support and contribute to marketing efforts to enhance the firm’s reputation.

Formación

• Understanding entire process of buying and selling property is required.
• Ability to provide quotations for conveyancing services.
• Experience liaising with estate agents.
• Experience producing contract documentation.
• Handling enquiries from clients and third parties.
• Managing completion and post-completion tasks.

Hatch Brenner Solicitors has an opening for a proactive, confident, and structured individual to join our residential conveyancing team, as a Conveyancing Executive. In this role, you will undertake run and manage residential conveyancing files for both sales and purchases. Responsibilities include providing quotations, undertaking necessary searches, liaising with estate agents, advising clients, producing contract documentation, dealing with enquiries, dealing with completion and post-completion tasks. You will be provided with support from our Conveyancing Assistants. It is a role requirement that you understand the whole transaction of buying and selling property rather than only specific elements of either buying or selling. At Hatch Brenner our property fee earners are involved in transactions from beginning to end and we do not split teams into specific transaction stages.

You will also play a role in contributing to the department’s marketing efforts, helping to enhance the firm’s reputation and business. We’re looking for someone with a passion for excellence and a commitment to professional growth, who will help develop new business, maximise cross-referrals, and maintain financial control with a focus on cash flow and billing procedures.
